Quick weight loss progress update.
Today I have hit 95 Kg – 100g less than yesterday and 800g less than earlier in the week.
Some of my other indicators are encouraging too, such as my Body Mass Index (BMI) which is now 28.8.
Having an accurate electronic body fat monitor and scale is a great booster when losing weight because you can see even small improvements – such as my 100g today – and get other supporting/encouraging information as well.

Key tip: when losing weight, use a good quality, accurate, comprehensive body fat monitor and electonic scale. Get encouragement from even small improvements.
